Insurance: I bill insurance for services. For out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a superbill or receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Self-Pay: I also offer an online self-pay option for your convenience.

45-minute therapy session- individual: $125
45-minute therapy session- couple: $150
